1. Superman says, “It’s Smart to Check – and Doublecheck”: (PSA with Superman) Superman prevents an accident involving two cars and a bike before telling the drivers they should be more careful, pay attention, and anticipate what others on the road might do.
2. The Jungle Batman: (Batman) Batman and Robin are escorting a group of international criminals called the Sinister 8 back to the prison of Satan's Island when a torpedo sinks their ship. Having shed most of their clothing so it wouldn't weigh them down in the water, our heroes wash ashore on a jungle island in little more than their masks and underwear and must use what they can find to survive and recapture the cons.
3. Varcity Vic: (gag strip by Henry Boltinoff) Vic is supposed to meet Sue on the corner of Elm and Main for a date. Both are on time, but each is waiting around the corner and not seeing the other. Each soon gets frustrated that the other is late. Lois shows up asking if Vic has seen Ronnie, as they had similar plans. At the same time, Ronnie and Sue have a similar interaction. Each pair, thinking they have been stood up, decides to go out with each other, only then do they see each other and all four angrily yell "No wonder you didn't show up - you're two-timing me!"
4. The Legion Of Faceless Men: (Batman) Batman and Robin are invited to a meeting of the Maskers, a club for men who wear masks in their daily work. After the meeting, they interrupted a man dressed as a knight (an outfit worn by one of two actors at the meeting) robbing a chemical factory. He gets away with a bottle of acid. The next night, a man in a diving suit robs a safe factory. He jumps into the river to escape, and Batman nearly drowns trying to catch him, but he gets away with a block of extra-hard steel. In the next few nights, the thief steals die-cutter's tools and a drum of printer's ink. Batman figures out that the thief is gathering counterfeiting supplies. After fighting the thief when he tried to get high-quality paper, Batman figures out that it is the elevator operator from the building where the makers meet. He was wearing different masks to hide his thick glasses.
5. Private Pete: (gag strip by Henry Boltinoff) Pete hates being the bugaler because it means he gets up earlier than anyone else. He gets excited when he is told Johnson will be taking over because it means he can sleep later, but he is then told that Johnson is a deep sleeper, so Pete will need to get up half an hour earlier to get Johnson up.
6. Peg: (gag strip by Henry Boltinoff) Peg is annoyed by her date because he keeps bragging about himself, so she decides to fix him by ordering the most expensive dinner she can. She fixes it a little too good by ordering more than he can pay for, and they both end up doing dishes.

8. Shorty: (gag strip by Henry Boltinoff)Shorty is at a baseball game where the crowd keeps throwing things at the umpire until they run out of things to throw, so the next day he shows up selling things to show.
9. The Death-Cheaters Of Gotham City: (Batman) The Death Cheaters are a club of men who have been pronounced dead and revived. After being shot, a con called Little Dougy is pronounced dead and then revived at the hospital. While recovering in the hospital, he reads in the paper that the Death Cheaters have been offered $100,000 for the movie rights to their stories. He tries to join them but is turned away and threatens them as he leaves. Soon after, the members start dying in the same way they died the first time. Naturally, Little Dougy is suspected, but in the end, it turns out to have been the club's accountant who had been embezzling from the members.
10. Casey the Cop: (gag strip by Henry Boltinoff) A man is brought in for shoplifting, and his lawyer shows up claiming he is innocent. He is told the clerk saw the man stuffing things in his umbrella. The lawyer grabs the umbrella and opens it, asking what he supposedly stole. Casey answers two dozen eggs, as they drop on his head.
